Discovery Call
We start with a free 20–30 minute consultation to learn more about your project, goals, and style. This helps us understand your needs and recommend the right service for you.
Design Proposal
We’ll prepare a tailored design proposal outlining the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and pricing—so you know exactly what to expect
Visual Concepting
Once approved, we begin designing. We create mood boards, layouts, and concept visuals to capture the aesthetic, function, and atmosphere of your space.
Detailed Design
We refine the design with material selections, furniture plans, lighting schemes, and detailed specifications. You’ll receive curated sourcing lists or full procurement support, depending on your package.
Execution & Handoff
You receive all final plans, visuals, and sourcing info—ready to hand off to your contractor or begin implementation. For full-service projects, we can stay involved through site coordination and styling.
